Stepping up our patrols in Safer Neighborhood Team Barkingside |
Antisemitism, hatred and violence have no place in our city. Following recent attacks on the Jewish community, the Met has stepped up activity across the capital, deploying thousands of extra officers shifts to protect Londoners alongside intensified investigations leading to arrests.
Today Barking side Safer Neighborhood Team has been out conducting reassurance patrols in the local area, including visits to key faith venues such as Chabad Lubavitch Centre. These visits form part of our ongoing commitment to provide reassurance to the community, engage with faith groups. We remain dedicated to supporting all members of our community and ensuring that everyone feels safe and protected. If you have any concerns or information, please do not hesitate to speak with your local officers. In an emergency, always dial 999. For non-emergency matters, please contact 101
